Before production
If a paid order is canceled before production starts, please request a refund or cancellation through WhatsApp. We will review and process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
After production starts
Because custom video production involves work performed for your order, refunds for work already performed may be limited. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, or deliver materially defective work that cannot reasonably be corrected, contact us for a review and appropriate remedy, including revision or refund where warranted by the circumstances and applicable law.
Subscription plans
Viral Clips AI monthly services are not available for automated online subscription purchase on this website yet. When they become available, their renewal, cancellation deadline, and billing terms will be presented before checkout. Until then, contact us directly to discuss a monthly package.
